Undercooked shrimp is going to be gray and translucent, with uncurled tails. Properly cooked shrimp might be opaque with a shade ranging from pink or orange, based on variety. Their tails need to curl in a little to create a C-condition. Overcooked shrimp will probably be a stable white-pink color, with their tails wholly curled into a decent circl
